By using the app, a user or supervising adult agrees to use it lawfully and with appropriate judgment. If these terms are not acceptable, do not use the app.

Terms for a careful workbench.
These terms describe use of SparkBench Workshop and its app-support materials. They do not create a school enrollment, educational service, professional relationship, or guarantee.
2. Educational purpose
The app provides general STEM activity prompts and reference material. It is not an accredited course, formal assessment, tutoring contract, professional service, or substitute for qualified instruction.
3. Adult responsibility
A responsible adult must select age-appropriate activities, inspect materials and surroundings, supervise as needed, follow product instructions, and stop unsafe or uncomfortable activity.
4. No emergencies or professional advice
Do not rely on the app for medical, engineering, emergency, legal, child-care, environmental-safety, or other professional advice. Contact appropriate local professionals or emergency services when necessary.
5. Local entries
Notebook and progress data are optional, private to the device, and may be lost through deletion, storage clearing, device failure, or uninstall. Users should not enter sensitive or identifying information.
6. Appropriate use
Do not misuse the app, misrepresent its content as official organization programming, attempt to introduce harmful code, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
7. Content ownership
Original app text, graphics, arrangement, and branding are protected to the extent allowed by law. General STEM ideas, facts, and methods remain subject to their applicable legal status.
8. Availability
The app may be updated, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. No promise is made that a particular device, feature, or store listing will remain available.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided as available without guarantees of learning outcomes, fitness for a particular learner, uninterrupted operation, or error-free content, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation and local law
Use is at the user's own judgment and risk. Applicable consumer protections and non-waivable legal rights remain in force. These terms should be reviewed by the authorized publisher before public release.
11. Changes
Material term changes should be dated and published with an updated app release where appropriate.
