Effective July 29, 2026. This policy covers SparkBench Workshop, an offline educational reference and activity-planning app published for ORCHARD STEM SCHOOL, INC. It does not cover unrelated websites, school records, enrollment systems, or third-party services.
ORCHARD STEM SCHOOL, INC. is named as publisher based on supplied organization details. The app supports family and educator co-use. A responsible adult selects activities and decides whether each activity fits the learner and setting.
We do not collect personal information, child personal information, contact details, device identifiers, precise or approximate location, photos, audio, files, usage analytics, advertising data, diagnostics, or sensitive information through the app.
The app has no registration, login, profile, classroom roster, messaging, chat, comments, public posting, leaderboard, payment, donation, assignment submission, account recovery, or cloud identity feature.
Challenge completion, safety checklist choices, and optional notebook text are stored only in Android app-private storage. They support local continuity, reflection, and user-controlled progress. The app does not transmit, sell, share, or synchronize these entries.
The app does not request a child's name, age, email, school, address, photo, voice, location, contacts, health information, or other identifiers. Notebook prompts discourage personal information. No child data is used for advertising, profiling, personalization, or automated decisions.
The app requests no Internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, phone, Bluetooth, notification, body-sensor, or shared-storage permission. It does not access photos, media, or other apps' files and works without a network connection.
The app contains no advertisements, analytics SDK, tracking pixel, attribution SDK, crash-reporting service, telemetry service, social SDK, or cross-app tracking technology. It does not use an advertising identifier.
No third-party service processes information through the app, and no app-created data is disclosed to another company or organization. This separate support site has no forms, trackers, ads, cookies, or embedded third-party media.
Local entries remain until a user clears them, clears Android app storage, uninstalls the app, or uses Erase All Local Work. That control removes challenge progress, safety choices, and notebook text. We cannot restore deleted work because we never receive a copy.
Local entries use Android app-private storage. App backup is disabled, so the app does not intentionally place its data in Android cloud backup. No method can guarantee absolute device security; families should use device-level protections and avoid sensitive notebook content.
Activities are general educational ideas, not professional science, medical, engineering, emergency, accessibility, or child-care advice. Adults must assess age fit, allergies, tools, choking risks, heat, water, outdoor conditions, accessibility needs, and local circumstances.
Workshop imagery is illustrative, depicts fictional learning scenes, and is not documentation of actual students, staff, facilities, or programs. Activity content was independently drafted and is not a statement of official curriculum, enrollment, accreditation, schedule, partnership, or guaranteed outcome.
Users choose whether to write notebook text, mark a challenge explored, or set safety checks. The Privacy Center summarizes local entries, and Erase All Local Work removes them. Android system settings can also clear storage or uninstall the app.
Because the app does not send us personal information, we ordinarily have no app data to access, correct, export, disclose, or transfer. If a user contacts the publisher outside the app, that separate interaction is governed by the channel used and is outside this policy.
If app behavior changes, this policy, the in-app policy, Play Data Safety answers, permissions, SDK disclosures, and store listing should be reviewed together before release. Material changes should receive an updated effective date and appropriate notice.
